Senator T.C. Bloomer's Victorian Mansion Vacation Rental
A Unique Vacation Experience in Historic Seaview, Washington Located on the beautiful southern Washington coast, halfway between Seattle and Portland on the Long Beach Peninsula.
Formally known as the Enchanted Blue Wave B&B. Is a three story Mansion built for Senator T. C. Bloomer in the mid 1930s.
It is adorned with Victorian wallcoverings and furnishings aquired through his vast travels throuhout Europe and the Middle and Far East. Nestled on the oceanfront ridge in historic Seaview, Washington this lovely Victorian mansion sits on 6 acres of shoreline pines, coastal dunes and our private path down to the oceanfront.
Imagine gliding down the grand staircase with friends and family playing the 1918 Baldwin concert grand piano. Stopping to linger and warm yourself by the fire in the evenings, joining friends for breakfast in the morning, a family dinner at sunset or games in the evening in the formal dining room. While opulence and luxurious surroundings abound, the feeling is that you've just found your new home away from home and the vacation rental your family and friends have always dreamed of.
The mansion has 6 bedrooms to choose from and bed space for up to 10. Your choice of lounging areas and sleeping quarters will amaze you! Floorplans

Driving Directions
Driving from Portland, Oregon
(approx. 115 miles - 2 1/2 hours)
Take I-5 North to Longview, WA. (approx.40 miles)
Exit to SR 432 West, the first Longview Exit.
Follow SR 432 to the "Third Avenue" exit (approx.2 miles).
Turn left onto SR 433 West.
Follow SR 433 to the turn onto the Lewis & Clark Bridge. (approx.2 miles)
Cross the Lewis & Clark Bridge back into Oregon.
Turn right onto Hwy 30 West (go up the hill).
Follow Hwy 30 to Astoria, OR. (approx.45 miles)
Cross the Astoria-Megler Bridge back to Washington.
Turn left as you come off the bridge, onto US 101 North.
Follow US 101 through the village of Chinook and into Ilwaco (approx.11 miles)
When you reach the stoplight, you are in Ilwaco.
Turn right to head north on Hwy 103, the Peninsula's main North-South road.
Follow approximately 2.2 miles to 41st place in Seaview (76 gas station is on left)
Turn left on 41st Place
Follow 41st place through two stop signs continue to the end of 41st Place
The Bloomer Mansion is on your left at 1004 41st Place
Driving from Seattle, Washington
(approx. 165 miles - 3 1/2 hours)
Take I-5 South to Olympia (approx.55 miles).
Exit #104 to SR 8, which will become SR 12 (approx.40 miles)
Exit at Montesano, turning left onto US 107.
Follow US 107 until it ends at a "T" with US 101 (approx.10 miles)
Turn left onto US 101.
Follow 101 through Raymond and South Bend (approx.18 miles)
Continue on US 101 as it winds its way along Willapa Bay.
Many of the curves are sharp and be especially watchful for deer and elk. Enjoy the many shorebirds, including Great Blue Herons.
Continue following US 101 until it ends at a "T" with Hwy4 at a place known by the locals as "Johnson's Landing".
Turn right at this stop sign. (approx.30 miles)
Continue on Hwy 4 (alt. US 101). Leaving the edge of the bay, the road straightens and finally comes to a "T" with US 103. (approx.12 miles)
You are now in Seaview.
Hwy 103 is the Long Beach Peninsula's main North-South road.
Turn right on Hwy 103 and go 2 blocks to 41st place and turn left (76 gas station is on left)
Follow 41st Place through two stop signs and continue to the end of 41st Place
The Bloomer Mansion is on your left at 1004 41st Place
