Are you looking for a great place to relax

Get away from the crowds and enjoy the beach! Consider Kitty Hawk! The beach is a great place to go year-round. The spring and fall offer gorgeous sunsets, wide beaches, nice weather, and few people. The winter brings empty beaches and gorgeous skies. The summer speaks for itself. Sea Dunes townhouse complex is directly across the street (a small two lane road) from a nice, wide beach. The complex offers many amenities: tennis court, basketball goal, a recreation center with workout room, racquetball court, pool and air hockey tables, and a large pool and hot tub. Below our unit is also a large field for many family activities (croquet, football, frisbee, etc.). It's the perfect location for your family vacation.

We are sure you will love our newly purchased condo at Kitty Hawk. It is a gorgeous three-bedroom townhouse with two and one-half baths, and a garage. The garage has room for two cars, a shower for washing off the beach sand, a washer and dryer, and an area for fish cleaning. The bedrooms have a king bed, queen bed, and two twins. There is a queen-sized sleeper in the living room. The bathrooms include a jaccuzi tub (in the Master Bedroom) and a Sauna in the hall bath. The living room is quite spacious and includes a view of the ocean, a comfortable living room, kitchen and wet bar. The unit includes two porches (one off of the Master Bedroom and one off of the living room.

Although the beach is a cross the street, it is a small road. The beach has a lifeguard and is a nice, wide and open beach. Complex amenities include a pool, hot tub (both in-season only), a tennis court, basketball goal, workout room, air hockey, a pool table, and a racquetball court (all-seasons).

The unit is a NON-SMOKING unit. NO PETS are allowed. >

If you are interested in renting it, let us know as soon as possible so we can block it out for you. We are booking early, so check our calendar and make plans as soon as possible.

    *Since we have just purchased this unit, you need to return next year to see all of the changes. It is a great unit, but we plan to spruce it up with more color and more children's equipment, toys and games. Come back to see the changes!

    Logistical details:

  • Please note that this is a NON-SMOKING & NO PETS unit;
  • It is our policy not to rent to groups of young people under 25 years of age;
  • Check availability AND rates at www.myvacationcondos.com;
  • E-mail us at LBrau@cox.net with desired date or call us (757/868-4019);
  • Upon receipt of email and confirmation of dates being available, a letter will be sent stating the entire payment due, and the dates payments are due. The following is the general payment process:
  • Half of the rental payment is to be sent with the rental agreement (which you can print out, or I will e-mail or fax you) within 10 days of acceptance;
  • The other half of the payment plus the $150 security/damage deposit is due three weeks prior to arrival
  • Keys will be sent to you when final payment is received.
  • Security deposit will be returned within 14 days of the return of the keys

    Cancellation policy:
  • Cancellations can be made up to 30 days prior to your reserved dates.
  • If cancellations need to be made less than 30 days prior to your reserved dates, we will make every effort possible to re-rent the unit. If it is re-rented, your payment will be returned. If the unit is remains un-rented, no monies that have been paid will be returned.
  • In case of voluntary or involuntary evacuation (in case of hurricane), any reserved dates that you are unable (due to evacuation) to use, will be credited to you. You can either transfer these to another date, or you may be refunded the money.
