If you like quiet, unspoiled beaches, and all the amenities at a great value, this is the place for you!

Description:
At 1165 square feet, our 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath oceanfront townhome feels like a house at a condo price! This two story unit sleeps six and has private decks off of the master bedroom and living room. The townhome itself has recently been remodeled with nautical decor and has fresh paint and carpet. We have everything you need to feel at home. Watch the sunrise from bed, or sit on the porch swing and see the surf roll in....

  • The lower deck has a swing for lazing, and table and chairs for outdoor dining.
  • The upper deck gives you more room to spread out.
  • The dining area seats 4 at the table and 4 more at the bar.
  • A comfy leather sofa and loveseat gives you a great place to relax and watch the waves from indoors. Or you can watch some of the videos provided, or have a game competition on the Playstation.
  • Watch the sunrise from the queen bed in the spacious master Bedroom. This room has a full private bath along with another TV and VCR.
  • The second bedroom has a private full bath and twin beds. There is a chest of toys in the closet for the little ones in your group.
  • There is an awesome indoor pool at the Rec Center right across the street from the unit. Rainy day? No problem.
  • Sore from too much golf or fishing? Spend some time in the Hot Tub at the Rec. Center.

    The mild temperatures in the off season, indoor pool, and wealth of area attractions (Historic Wilmington, NC Aquarium at Fort Fisher, etc...) make it a great vacation spot year round. Come stay at our place!!!

    Kure-Treat: Rates & Booking

    Weekly Rates:

    3/01/05-5/21/05.............$825/week

    5/22/05-9/5/05.............$1095/week

    9/6/05-11/30/05.............$825/week

    Unit rents from Sunday to Sunday with 2:00 pm check-in and 10:00 am check-out.

    Daily Rates:
    Off-season (After Labor Day and before Memorial day) we will do daily rentals with a 3 night minimum. The daily rate is 1/6th of the posted weekly rate for that time period.

    Full Month Special! (Nov-March)
    Book a full month for only $995 which includes cable, local phone, water and trash. This is a 50-60% SAVINGS over the weekly rate. And remember that great indoor pool!
