Nestled amongst groves of Kauai’s forest lies this beautiful, light, and airy home. Enjoy your own private executive house located on three acres on Kauai’s North Shore. Hear the wind in the palm trees, enjoy the greenery of the forests, and gaze at the ever changing light on the majestic mountain ranges. Enjoy the quiet, peace, and serenity of the Kilauea countryside area. Here one is well away from the hectic tourist crowds yet only minutes to white, sparkling, sandy beaches. Sit on any of three private lanais and take in the distant ocean views as you breakfast on local tropical fruits or sip your Mai Tai at night.
This newer private plantation style home offers comfort and serenity along with modern, beautiful architecture. The home sports bamboo hard wood floors throughout. The home’s many windows give one the feeling of being constantly outside. The living room and dining room flow into each other creating a spacious feeling with their vaulted ceilings. Bay windows create a cozy feeling at the site of the breakfast nook and kitchen. Relax at the kitchen island as you take turns cooking in the beautiful, modern kitchen with granite countertops throughout and wainscoted cabinets. A large covered lanai with a family room and dining area lies off of this common area and affords views of the nearby mountains.
To the right of the common area lie two beautiful bedrooms separated by a spacious all marble bathroom. The bathroom is complete with marble shower, bathtub, double sinks, and gorgeous view windows. The larger of the two bedrooms boasts a beautiful lanai right off the sliding doors. Here you can sunbathe in privacy and see distant ocean views.
To the left of the common area lies the master bedroom suite. This huge bedroom contains two nooks which serve as closet space, and office space. The "piece de resistance" is the master bath with its stone tiles throughout. Enjoy your own private soaking Jacuzzi tub nestled in front of a beautiful bay window which looks out on the local forest. Or enjoy the stone work in the beautiful double headed shower. The lavatory area holds double sinks with wainscoted cabinets. In addition to this the master bedroom also has its own private lanai with views of the forest. All three bedrooms host queen-sized beds.
Because you are located centrally on the North shore of this beautiful island you are only minutes away from beautiful golf courses such as the Princeville Resort. Visit the Kilauea Light house and Bird Refuge five minutes down the highway. Take a bike tour of the North Shore on its main access road and really see first hand the splendor that is Kauai. Moloaa Beach, which is listed in Kauai’s Ultimate Guidebook as one of the real gems, is just five minutes away. This beautiful and seldom frequented beach is among the most private on the island as it is off the beaten path. Catch a helicopter at Princeville Airport and see the dazzling and inexplicable Na Pali Coast Line. We agree with the author of Kauai’s Ultimate Guidebook who said when describing this island "We had no idea that a place like this could exist anywhere in the world." It is truly love at first sight!
Enjoy all the island has to offer and return home at night to your Jacuzzi tub. Sleep peacefully as you hear the wind in the palms and the distant roar of the ocean.
