You will find our old, quiet and wooded neighborhood just what the doctor ordered for self rejuvenation and recharging the body's batteries. Description: We have two, two-room suites that have been totally remodeled. Perfect accommodations for two couples traveling together. Each Suite has a sitting room, bedroom and private bath, private entrances and patio. The patio overlooks a wooded wonderland with over ten species of birds, cotton tail rabbits, brown squirrels, turtles and a herd of deer. All creatures appear in the backyard daily and love to entertain. Our home is not suitable for children under 12. We are also a non-smoking home. EACH SUITE: SHARING: The suites share a fully equipped kitchen, complete with refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster oven and coffee pot. A complete set of dishes, pots & pans and flatware are also provided. NOTE: We will only rent to one group at a time. Therefore, you will never be sharing space with travelers you do not know. THIS PROPERTY IS ONLY AVAILABLE FROM MAY 15 THROUGH AUGUST 15 FOR NIGHTLY/WEEKLY RENTALS. Deposit: 25% of the total cost for a weekly rental. One night's deposit required for nightly stays. Payment: Deposit by check at the time of booking. Cash or check at settlement. Cancellation: 15 days prior to your visit.
