This Harbourfront Condominium has one bedroom / one bath, a private entrance and is just steps away from downtown shopping, dining, the Musical Fountain and the Boardwalk. The condo will sleep four with a queen size pull out sofa in the living area. This condominium is completely furnished including TV, VCR, DVD player, fully equiped kitchen, washer/dryer, all linens and towels. Sorry no pets and no smoking.
$750.00 per week for the months from May to September. Saturday to Saturday rental.
Deposit of 1/2 rental fee at security deposit due at booking ($525)
balance of rental fee and cleaning charge due 14 days prior to arrival ($425)
You must be 25 years of age to rent this condo.
