Property Description: This very spacious, 3600 square foot home, has four levels of living space. It features three bedrooms and the 4th sleeping area is in the recreation room. There are three full baths, a full kitchen, laundry, 2 fireplaces, a walk out basement that leads down to the water, and wrap-around decking with a panoramic view of this 23 mile long, all-sports Lake Leelanau. Sleeping arrangements are as follows. Top loft bedroom has 1 king and 1 full-futon bed (TV/VCR w/movies). Main level has a bedroom with 2 twin beds (TV/VCR/DVD in living room). Next level down has a bedroom with 1 queen bed. Bottom level which is the recreation room has 2 queen beds (TV/DVD. (All beds are new.) Plenty of patio furniture, picnic table, and charcoal grill are also provided. Wheelchair ramps available. The large recreation room with cathedral ceilings and TV/DVD has plenty of toys for the kids including a Little Tikes kitchen, Little Tikes dollhouse, darts and air hockey table. There's a Sony Playstation, too. This recreation room is on the bottom level and has french doors that walk out to a patio area and then down to the playground and leads down to the water. Large yard with jungle gym, and 2 swing sets and baby cube. Your access to the lake is straight down from your playground area. Firepit area for night-time campfires. From the house we have an access down to the water; the lake is just 500 feet from the house (1 minute walk). Lake views from every room in the house. Clean, shallow swimming at the dock. Bring your water toys! Complimentary WATER TRAMPOLINE, provided for our guests (valued at $250 a day if you had to rent it). Two Brand New, 3-person Sea-Doo jetskis can be added to any reservation, take both and receive 10% off, double the fun! 24 foot, 11-passenger pontoon boat available for rent, which will be right off your dock for your use. 1996 Mastercraft World Record Ski Boat available to our guests for the ultimate skiing experience. These unbeatable watersports prices are only available to our guests. Also close to town, golf, casino, Lake Michigan, Leland, and Sleeping Bear Dunes, or do a day trip to Mackinac Island just 100 miles away. Special Note: Large Parties Welcome!! A smaller chalet (Cozy Chalet) is located adjacent to this chalet. Take both chalets to accommodate 20+ guests. Ideal for family reunions. If your party is over 30+ guest we could also add (Comfy Inn) which is within walking distance to the chalets. We also have Dream Home, Carol's Split Level and Miller's Landing on our lake for rent. Mid Jun, Jul, late Aug: $3800/week (Saturday to Saturday) Off Season: $300/night or $1800/week (cleaning fee of $100 may apply) Fishing boat with oars is included, 10hp Mercury motor added for $200/week. 24 foot, 11-passenger Pontoon boat can be added for $800/week or $150/day.
