Property Description:
This new chalet is just 150 feet off the water. Gorgeous view with access. Fully furnished, three bedroom. Beds are as follows: loft = 1 queen, living room = sofa sleeper, and bedroom = 1 queen, bedroom = 1 queen. Full kitchen, living/dining room with french doors opening to a covered porch overlooking the water. Dock and boat provided. Water trampoline for your enjoyment provided. Brand New 10hp Mercuty motor can be added to the boat. Pontoon boat rental is also available-24 foot Sweetwater, 11 passenger with a new 40hp Mercury, large cooler onboard, lifejackets provided. 3-person waverunner-BRAND NEW can also be added to any reservation. Our watersports prices can't be beat!

We are located on the southeast end of this 23 mile long crystal clear lake, from which you can take your boat over to Cedar or Leland. Bait shops are located along the channel. Great fishing for perch, walleye, rock bass and small mouth. Shallow clean swimming. Firepit. Playground with swing set and jungle gym. Sand box near the water.

This property is located 10 miles from downtown Traverse City or Suttons Bay; 15 minutes to Leelanau Sands Casino; five minutes to golf at Veronica Valley or Leelanau Club; 15 minutes to Sugar Loaf Ski Resort and 25 minutes to Crystal Mountain Resort.

Great get-away for color tour, family vacation, skiers, hunting, snowmobilers, fisherman, golf, shoppers, and gamblers.

September to May: $800/week or $150/ night (cleaning fee $50 for less than a week)
