Property Description: Accommodations: Lakefront Home - 3 Bedrooms - 2 Baths - (Sleeps 8) Two Queen Beds, Four Twin Beds (two sets of Bunkbeds) All Brand New Mattresses and Bedding in 2004 Private Dock and Swimming Area The lake house is perched amid tall pines and hardwoods overlooking beautiful Brantingham Lake. A large central gathering room is warmly lit by the morning sun as it passes the panoramic picture windows which overlook the lake. A stone fireplace is the focal point of the conversation area, while the dining area comfortably accommodates eight. The modern kitchen is fully-equipped including a microwave oven, dishwasher, and all cooking and eating utensils. One bedroom has two bunkbeds (four twin beds). A second bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom, a large master suite, has a queen bed. This bedroom has French-doors that open onto the deck which overlooks the lake. A stairway leads you down to your private dock and sandy-bottomed swimming area. Brantingham Lake water is renown for its high quality. The Brantingham community organization monitors and maintains these high standards of excellence. Additional Sleeping Accommodations Available in Adjacent Seasonal Cottage - One Bedroom, One Bathroom Seasonal Cottage. Sleeps Four - One Queen Sleeper, Two Twin Beds. May be rented separately. Separate Stairway leads to Private Dock and Swimming Area. Activities onsite or nearby: There are many local, well-maintained hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding, ATV, snowmobile and cross-country skiing trails. The entry room displays topographic maps and trail maps. Reference materials for day hikes, canoeing excursions, and other outings are also provided. Bring your fishing gear! There is great fishing in Brantingham Lake and local streams; both indigenous and stocked varieties. Smallmouth, largemouth, and rock bass, lake trout, brown trout, bullhead, pickerel, walleye, and yellow perch thrive in these waters. A 12 foot row boat and a 16 foot canoe is provided.
Rental Rate for first 6 guests $850/week or $2550/4 weeks Each additional guest is $100/week. Limit of 8 guests in the lake house. Policies: 8 guests Maximum in the Lake House 4 guests Maximum in the Cottage Check-in time for weekly guests: 3:00 PM Saturday Check-out time for weekly guests: 10:30 AM Saturday Check in time for partial week guests: 10 am on day of arrival Check out time for partial week guests: 4 pm on day of departure No animals or pets on the property. No smoking inside the properties. Campfires permitted only in designated fire pit area. No glass down at the docks. Swimming, boating and all activities at all times are at the renters own risk. No Night Swimming. IMPORTANT NOTICE These camps are equipped with septic systems. If you are not familiar with septic systems, we can't stress enough the need to strictly limit shower times and toilet flushes, and to avoid flushing ANYTHING down the toilet except human waste and toilet tissue. Nothing can ruin a vacation like a septic overflow, and nothing can ruin the beauty of Brantingham Lake like improper septic practices.
