MARCH - DECEMBER 15 WEEKENDS: $325 for 2 nights Additional nights: $90 per night Sunday to Friday: $110 per night, 2 night minimum 3 nights deduct 10% 5 nights deduct 17% All the above rates based on 2 adults, which is the maximum occupancy. DECEMBER 16 - END FEB WEEKENDS: $400 for 2 nights Additional nights: $100 per night Sunday to Friday: $125 per night, 2 night minimum 3 nights deduct 7% 5 nights deduct 12% All the above rates based on 2 adults, which is the maximum occupancy. All rentals less than 7 nights are subject to sales tax. Certain weekends extra, and a 3 night minimum stay may apply. The period between Dec 24 and Jan 1st is priced on an individual basis.
Cancellation Policy: 30 DAYS CANCELLATION REQUIRED, OTHERWISE THE CREDIT CARD GIVEN WILL BE CHARGED THE BALANCE OF THE RENTAL.
