Please fill-out the rental agreement and mail it to us with your deposit. 3. Two weeks before your arrival the balance is required to be paid in full. Are linens and towels provided? Yes. All linens and two sets of towels per person will be provided. Please bring your own beach towels. How do you gain access to the room? The rental condo has an electric deadbolt key pad. This means immediate access! No waiting at the front desk to check in or check out. What floor is my condo on? My unit is located in the North Tower at Sea Watch on the 17th floor. What is in kitchen? The kitchen is fully equipped. All major appliances including oven, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, dishwasher, toaster, sink and cooking utensils. Is there a washer and dryer? There is a commerical washer and dryer located on the 1st floor of my building next to the lobby area. Is my condo a non-smoking unit? Yes. Owners Rate Table
