The flat is a colorful, ten-minute walk (4/10 mile) to the Woodley Park-Zoo/Adams Morgan Metro, just north of Dupont Circle. All the museums, monuments, and sightseeing attractions are in easy reach.

Chez Aimée has one bedroom & one bath, and may comfortably accommodate 1-3 people. There is one queen-size bed in the bedroom, and a queen-size aerobed may be set up in the living room.

Nightly rate is $139-$249.

Weekly rate starts at $999.

  • Inquire regarding monthly or longer-term rates
  • DC tax is 14.5%
  • Booking/security deposit (to guard against property damage or loss): $150, refundable within 7 days of departure
  • Payment in full is due 2 weeks prior to arrival
  • All ages 14 and up are welcome!
