This rental home is conveniently located minutes from downtown Annapolis, MD. Come and enjoy waterfront living! This house is nestled in a very wooded and private peninsula which provides water views in 3 directions. A large deep water pier allows boating, fishing, swimming, crabbing or sunbathing in your own private waterfront retreat. Multiple decks have different water exposures and there is a large picnic table which is perfect for your own crab feast. The house has spectacular water views and a large outdoor hot tub overlooking the Chesapeake Bay's South River. Enjoy panoramic views of the South River and Pocahontas Creek.

There are 3 bedrooms, a pull out queen sofa bed in living room and 2 full bathrooms (sleeps 8 comfortably). The house is newly furnished and boasts a fully equipped and renovated kitchen. There are also 2 gas fireplaces, a beautiful sunroom, and a lower level with pool table and bar.

Summer rates (May - October) are $450 per night
Winter rates (November - April) are $400 per night

Commissioning Week - $700 per night

Boat Show Weeks - $700 per night

THE FINE PRINT:
  • Deposit of ½ required at time of booking
  • Full payment due no later than 30 days prior to arrival date
  • $1000.00 refundable security deposit is due when balance is paid
  • In the event of cancellation, full refund will be made if we can re-rent for the same time period. If not re-rented for the same time period, amount paid shall be retained as a cancellation fee.
  • Check in time: 4:00 pm
  • Check out time: 10:00 am
  • No pets
  • No smoking inside please
