Don't forget or try your luck at the famous Foxwoods or Mohegan Sun Casinos less than an hour away. Five minutes down the road is the rustic fishing port of Galilee. Here you can board the ferry to take an exciting day trip to beautiful Block Island or just walk around and experience this thriving New England fishing village with its many shops and restaurants and of course its noted fishing trawlers and sport fishing fleet. Take a chartered fishing trip or try your luck for the 'Big One' surfcasting right from the nearby shore.
