This beautiful, spacious home is located in the Sunridge Woods
estate, close to Orlando in Central Florida, and within 15 minutes of
World Drive, the entrance to Disney World, Epcot center, Disney,
MGM Studios and all the other Disney resorts.
It is in a peaceful and private location in Sundridge Woods.
Our single story Villa is set on a corner lot and is very comfortable
and furnished to a high standard for Florida. It is perfect for relaxing
at the end of a day spent exploring the many attractions or doing
shopping in Florida.

Policies:
Policies Check in after 4 P.M. Guests must vacate before 11:00 A.M. day of departure.
Cancellations made prior to 30 days of the reservations date will be refunded. No refund will be
made if cancelled within 14 days of rental. Minimum stay of 5 Nights, $75 clean fee charged if
stay LESS than 7 days.
Optional Electric Pool heating $25.00 per day $150.00 a week.
* Refundable Security/breakage deposit of $200.00 payable with final balance {this will be
refunded}
