Atlantic Ave. is Family oriented, not a party building.

WEEKLY RENTALS: SATURDAY to SATURDAY. MINIMUM RENTAL PERIOD IS 7 DAYS. MASTERCARD, VISA, DISCOVER and AMERICAN EXPRESS accepted.

BUILDING has Security System, Central Smoke Alarms/Sprinklers System, 2 Elevators, 2 Saunas, Oceanfront Pool Deck with Heated Pool and Hot Tub, fully Equipped Exercise Room, and secure Underground Parking for one Car with 7' Door. WE DO NOT HAVE A KIDDY POOL and Infants in Diapers or Swimmies are not allowed in our Pool or Hot Tub by Order of the Health Department.

UNIT has Electronic Air Purification, Central AC/Heat, 4 Telephones/Answering System/FREE HIGH SPEED DSL INTERNET CONNECTION, Ceiling Fans throughout and a Computer size Guest Safe for your valuables.

WEEKLY RENTAL RATES from $840 to $1,190, depending on your Vacation Dates. Special Events are higher. A $60 CLEANING FEE plus 12.5% FLORIDA TAX will be added to all Rental Rates.

$200 per Week BOOKING FEE is required to hold your Vacation dates, if your requested Vacation Date is more than 45 days from now. If your Vacation Dates are less than 45 days from now, we will need the full amount to Book your Vacation Dates.

CANCALLATION POLICY: Your Booking Fee will be refunded less a 5% Cancellation Fee, if you Cancel at least 30 days prior to the first Date of your Reservation. After the 30 days, I will refund to the extent that I am able to rent the unit for your reservation period, less a 5% Cancellation Fee. Full payment is expected at least 30 days prior to your Reservation Date. A 10% Cancellation Fee, 60 day Cancellation Notice and 60 day Full Payment applies to Special Event Dates. There will be NO EXCEPTIONS to this Policy, unless the Cancellations is initiated by the Owner.
