Our meticulously cleaned 4 bedroom home sleeps 12 comfortably with two kings, two sets of bunk beds, two singles, and a trundle bed in the over-sized loft. There is also a queen-size sleeper sofa for that extra guest or two. The great room has a 32" cable TV hooked up to a 6 speaker Sony Surround Sound system with stereo, CD/DVD and VHS players. Over 100 DVD movie library provided (list available upon request). The kitchen was completely remodeled in June 2004 and is fully stocked to easily service a large group for dinner, including plenty of dishes, flatware, cookware and a dishwasher for easy cleanup. With an 8+ foot rock maple trestle table, this house also offers the rare quality of being able to seat 10 comfortably for a family dinner, plus seating for 4 more at the breakfast bar. Try using the two Cuisinart Belgian waffle makers to make that special vacation breakfast! The new 16'x 31' composite deck added in May 2006 provides plenty of room for outdoor entertaining or just to relax and watch the deer wander through the yard. Close to 4 major ski resorts-Big Boulder-12 minutes, Jack Frost-23 minutes and Blue Mountain or Camelback-25 minutes away. Detailed directions provided to the house and to many major attractions and shopping areas. It's just a short walk to the pool, tennis, and basketball courts (equipment and passes provided). This gated community also boasts five lakes (three stocked yearly), some with beaches and playgrounds. For those rainy days, the kids can play board games upstairs in the 12 x 14 bedroom, watch any of the 4 TVs or hang out in the oversized loft where the Playstation 2 (with games) doubles as a second DVD/CD player. A Pack 'n' Play, highchair and safety gate provided for the smallest vacationers. Circular driveway and plenty of parking.
