Come to Jonas Mountain and enjoy the twelve mile view to the Blue Ridge Mountains! This spacious Pocono chalet sits on one secluded acre in the gated community of Indian Mountain Lakes.

     We are located in the south-eastern Pocono Mountains, close to four major ski resorts. It’s just a twelve minute drive to Big Boulder, twenty minutes to Jack Frost and just twenty five minutes to either Blue Mountain or Camelback. Two hours from either New York City or Philadelphia.
          Our well-maintained four-bedroom home sleeps twelve comfortably with two kings, two single beds, two sets of bunk beds, and a trundle bed in the over-sized loft. There is also a queen-size sleeper sofa in the great room for that extra guest or two.
          Relax in the reclining loveseat in front of a roaring fire and enjoy watching the 32" cable TV with Sony Surround Sound, stereo, CD/DVD and VHS players. Over 120 DVD movie library provided.

     The kitchen was completely remodeled in June 2004 and is fully stocked to easily service a large group. Plenty of dishes, flatware, cookware and a dishwasher for easy cleanup. Try using the two Cuisinart Belgian waffle makers to make that special vacation breakfast!
          With an 8+ foot rock maple trestle table, this house also offers the rare quality of being able to seat ten comfortably for a family dinner, plus seating for 4 more at the breakfast bar.
          The 16'x 31' composite deck added in May 2006 provides plenty of room for outdoor entertaining. Cook dinner on the large Weber propane grill, or just sit and relax on the comfortable deck chairs and watch the deer wander through the yard.
          It's just a short walk to the pool, tennis, and basketball courts (equipment and passes provided). This gated community also boasts five lakes (three stocked yearly), some with beaches and playgrounds.

          For those rainy days, the kids can play board games upstairs in the 12 x 14 bedroom, watch any of the 4 TVs or hang out in the oversized loft where the Playstation 2 (with games) doubles as a second DVD/CD player.

          A Pack 'n' Play, and highchair are provided for the smaller vacationers.

          There is a circular driveway and plenty of parking.

          Directions are provided to many major local attractions and shopping areas. We have added wireless internet with an available PC loaded with desktop links to the websites of many major local attractions and area restaurants. Information, directions and phone numbers at your fingertips!
          Please-no smoking and no pets are allowed. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. Linens available for an extra fee.
