Our Newport Oregon coast vacation rental is a two bedroom, two bath oceanfront condo in the Nye Sands condominium complex at historic Nye Beach. Nye Beach is home to the Newport Preforming Arts Center and the Newport Visual Arts Center and many quant shops and restaurants, most with magnificent ocean views. The Newport historic bay front is a fifteen minute walk from our condo there you can watch the sea lions play, go crabbing, visit Ripleys Believe It or Not Museum, the Under Sea Gardens, or arrange for a fishing trip or whale watching tour. The Oregon Coast Aquarium and the Hatfield Marine Science Center are both across the beautiful Yaqui Na Bay Bridge.

    Further Details About Property:
    Our ocean front condo is on the third floor, with elevator access overlooking miles of sandy beach and ocean below. You will enjoy this as you sit by the fireplace in the comfortable living room or as you bar-b-que on the ocean front deck. The spacious master bedroom, all linens are supplied, is located in the loft with an adjoining huge bathroom with an oversized jetted bathtub. The second bedroom and bathroom with a shower are on the entry level along with the completely equipped kitchen. We even supply the spices, paper goods, and coffee.

    The complex at Nye Sands has what I believe to be the easiest beach access in the area. We are adjacent to the Nye Beach turn around, which is paved to the sand making it handicapped accessible.

    While in Newport, plan on making our vacation rental your Oregon coast home.

    Cancellation Policy


    Our cancellation policy is as follows:

    If you find it necessary to cancel your reservation and do so fourteen or more days prior to arrival and we are able to rent the unit during your time slot, we will return your deposit. If we are not able to rent, we will hold your deposit for an another time. Any cancellation after the fourteen days will result in the forfeiture of your deposit, unless we are able to rent during your time slot. Then we will again will return your deposit. Thank you for considering our vacation home for your vacation.

    Winter (Oct 01-May 31):
  • Sun-Thur: $ 100/night (2 night minimum)
  • Fri-Sat : $140/night (2 night minimum)
  • $700 per week

    Summer (Jun 01-Sep 30):
  • $150/night (2 night minimum)

    Holidays:
  • $150/night (3 night minimum)
  • $900 per week

  • $40 NON-REFUNDABLE Cleaning Fee
