Rental Policies
Weekly rentals are from Saturday to Saturday. Weekend rentals are available, with a two-night minimum. Check-in is at 4 p.m. and checkout is by 11 a.m. Please inquire with owner for specific rates.
Holidays
Thanksgiving Weekend: $900
Christmas:
12/20/02 - 12/27/02 or
12/24/02 - 12/31/02 = $1100
New Years:
12/27/02 - 01/03/03 or
12/31/03 - 01/07/03 = $1100
Presidents Weekend: $900

The house is furnished. This includes 2 queen beds, 1 Full size bed, Queen size Sleeper sofa, pillows, blankets, bed linens and kitchen equipment. Renters are to bring their own bath and kitchen towels, toilet tissue, cleaning supplies, paper towels, trash bags, etc.
Deposits:
Home is privately owned; therefore payment in full is due 30 days prior to your arrival. A 50% deposit is required for reservations made one month or more prior to your arrival date. The deposit may be made by cashier's check, money order or credit card (the initial deposit may be in the form of a personal check if check-in is not within 30 days). Reservations made within 30 days of your arrival require payment in full.
The security deposit is $300, credit card required for security deposit. This is to cover loss, damage, or extraordinary cleaning needed after your departure.
The home is cleaned prior to your arrival. You will be responsible for leaving the home in clean condition.
Provide an accurate count of all persons, including children and guests.
Cancellation Policies:
We have a 30-day cancellation policy. Cancellation Policy: The 50% required deposit will be refunded in full if we are notified of cancellation thirty days (30) prior to Renters scheduled arrival date. Should Renters cancel within thirty days, Owner or Owners’ agent will try to fill the canceled rental period. If rental period can be filled, 50% will be returned to Renter(s) less Three Hundred dollars $300 which shall be retained for additional advertising costs incurred as a result of the cancellation. If rental period can not be filled, the 50% deposit will be retained. There will be no refund given after a tenant takes occupancy. There will be no refund due to "Acts of God".
Payment Method:
No personal check for payments - money orders, credit cardsVisa, Mastercard, & American Express, bank drafts and cash will be accepted.
The home is setup for light housekeeping with all necessary utensils / pillows / blankets /towels.
There is a telephone in the house (local calls only).
