A Security Deposit in the amount of $250.00 will be required. Security deposit will be refunded within 14 days of your departure date upon satisfactory inspection of the home. Cleaning fee of $100.00 applies to all reservations and will not be refunded or negotiated.

Policy and Home Rules:

No Smoking inside the house. You are welcome to smoke outside, however, please dispose of your tobacco remains in a safe and appropriate manner.

We are very sorry, but no pets are allowed on the property.

Please keep shoes in the tiled entry area only. House slippers are provided for your convenience. No shoes on the wood floors or carpets, please.

Please wash all sand off before entering the house. There is a hose located on the north side of the house.

Check in time is at 4:00 pm. Check out time is at 11:00 am. We are unable to offer early check in or late check out times due to housekeeping and the turnover time required to have the home ready for the next guest.

Our Maximum occupancy or number of cars allowed is not negotiable. If the number of guests or cars exceed the limits you will be asked to leave and you will not receive a refund. Maximum occupancy rules apply day and night. Please be courteous and respectful of your neighbors at all times. Maximum occupancy rules include children.

To hold a reservation we require 50% of the total rental amount at time of booking. The total balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival date. Payments may be made with a personal check, money order or by credit card. We do not allow payment on arrival. We will send out access information and a guest manual 14 days prior to your arrival. If booking within 14 days of arrival, full payment must be made by credit card. All information will be forwarded upon confirmation of payment.

No Kegs or excessive consumption of alcohol are permitted on the premises for the safety and consideration of our guests and neighbors. We reserve the right to refuse service.

All guests agree to hold the agent, homeowners, and anyone acting on behalf of the homeowners free and clear of responsibility for damages to self and or property resulting in accidents, injury or loss due to weather, acts of God or any other reason.
