There is a refundable $250.00 damage deposit to be paid at time of arrival. Policies: We have a 60 day cancellation policy. You have up to 60 days before arrival date to cancel and receive a full refund. There is a no smoking policy and no pets inside cabin and will be strickly enforced. Any violations will result in a $500.00 charge. We have the right to cancel a reservation at any time for any reason.
